This is to inform all Precinct 7 Voters that pursuant to 1 CMC §6222 and §6224, the 2024 Special Election Early Voting period for the 1st Senatorial District of Rota, will commence on Wednesday, August 07, 2024 and end on Tuesday August 13, 2024. The polling place will open at 8:30 a.m. and close at 4:00 p.m. each day, including weekends and holidays. The polling place for the Early Voting period will be at the following location:

1st Senatorial District- ROTA Rota-DPS Command Building, Songsong Village

In addition, pursuant to 1 CMC § 6105 (c), the CEC hereby announces the designated polling places for the upcoming August 14th, 2024 Special Election. The polling place for the Special Election will open at 7:00 a.m. and close at 7:00 p.m. The polling place will be at the following location:

Precinct 7 (Rota) Rota-NMC Room B-1 (Main entrance)

This is to inform the General Public of the First Senatorial District - Precinct 7 (Rota) that the Commonwealth Election Commission will conduct a Special Election for the vacancy on the Board of Education.

In accordance of 1 CMC § 2263(b) a Special Election must be conducted within 30 days after the vacancy is declared.
